Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase.
After the item is delivered back to us, your requested exchange item(s) will ship out.
You’ll receive a tracking email when it’s on the way. Exchanges will ship to the address you filled out this form with our standard 3 - 7 day shipping method.
MOTCHIRI items purchased at full price from are eligible for return within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method or within 60 days for a store credit. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate the return process or fill in the return request form on MOTCHIRI.COM. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is delivered back to us.
Store credit refunds will be issued as soon as the item is received by us. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate an international return. You will still need to complete the return form and provide your own shipping label. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our options for international customers in the future.
