Shipping Policy

We ship all in-stock orders within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays). Multiple items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is back-ordered, we will ship the back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as our seasonal sales, the wait period for delivery may be extended. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Please note that occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unfortunate delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Due to the differences in international law, takeihome.com cannot predict customs charges. We will do our best to ship your package in accordance with local requirements and any special requests. However, the receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. MOTCHIRI is not responsible for shipments lost in transit.

DOMESTIC STANDARD DELIVERY
All items are shipped using either DHL, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS. -We are unable to ship to PO Boxes; please provide a valid street address for delivery. If you are not available, we will leave you a card telling you how to rearrange your delivery or where you can pick up your items. We may also leave your order with an immediate neighbor, but we cannot leave it in a safe place for your own security. A signature is not required for delivery as USPS may leave your parcel in a safe place. MOTCHIRI holds no liability for shipments lost during transit. Unfortunately, instances of stolen packages are increasingly common in online shopping. We strongly advise ensuring a secure delivery location and being available to receive your package. In the event of theft, contacting local authorities is necessary to claim the loss from your credit card company. If the final delivery attempt is missed, a second shipping fee or rescheduling fee will be charged to your credit card. For address changes after shipment, please contact UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS directly.

Our shipping costs are determined by the total cost of your merchandise. Free shipping on orders over $200 valid for US orders only.
